Chef’s Table

Five Courses. One Place. One Era.
The Chef’s Table is our L shaped bar that looks directly into our kitchen. No pass, no wall, no wait staff between you and the cooking. You watch the whole thing happen.
The menu is a five course tasting that travels. One month it might be France in 1940. The next, Brazil in 2006. Chef Clint picks a place and a moment, researches it, and builds five courses out of it. Each menu runs about four weeks. Then we go somewhere else entirely.
It is the most ambitious cooking we do, and it is the only thing on our calendar that you cannot order off a menu.
Frequently Asked Questions
Between two and eight. It is a small seating by design.
As far ahead as you can. There are only a handful of seats and only two nights a week, so they go quickly, especially in summer.
Yes, if we know in advance. Note them when you make your reservation. We cannot make substitutions on the night itself.
About every four weeks. When it changes, it changes completely.
How It Works
We serve the Chef’s Table on Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:00 pm, for parties of two to eight.
Reservations are required, so this is not a seat you can take as a walk in. If anyone at the table has an allergy or a dietary restriction, tell us when you book and we will work around it. Once the menu is set there are no substitutions, which is why that conversation has to happen in advance. Everything is local and responsibly sourced, and everything is made from scratch.
